What makes you think the rear panels would have to stay ?

I have the chance of a 55 plate commercial but need the seats being sub I can keep it when my new dual cab arrives in a few weeks time, I do need back seats though for my little girl

has anyone done the conversion from a 3 door SWB van to put seats in the back ? will everything just go in once the basic bits are removed, are seat and seat belt mounts still there Do the window blanking plates come and will windows go in same place ? any advise would be welcome
