Cannot get into gear - clutch / pedal problem?

its most likely that you have lost fluid or got air lock. try bleeding all and check for leaks. inc all pipes, master and slave. as said check flexi isnt 'ballooning'. failing this its a bigger job such as nackered clutch or damaged release fork. i wouldnt worry too much about specs on...

    Headlight problem

tbh they were in a right mess so it made it hard to tell. the plastic bulb fitting with the 3 spades in is always melted along with the 3 wires. i can see why they have gone on fire with people. they all looked like the fuse should have blown before they got so bad.

    Headlight problem

with regards melted plugs. i have had 3 or 4 breakers with this. always drivers side on them. 1 had high power bulbs the others didnt. i have wondered for a while what causes this. first thing i looked at was the bulbs.

    key problem

works a treat!! i had to get the fobs off 5 scrappers before i found 1 that would code! i couldnt tell the hz though because the stickers were worn. (mine is a p reg). still not sorted the other one out yet

hi all, got a pig of a 52 reg terrano messing me about! key doesnt work on fob and if you open it with key in lock the alarm goes off. tested the batterey in fob and is ok. i guess a new key is needed? any ideas? cost? (ouch) thanks james give me the older terranos any day!

    replacing starter motor

i have a set af aldi ones! they are strong- i have abused them and a lot of use, the full set is still good!

    replacing starter motor

as said - remove wheel and liner. i usually unbolt both bolts from side (14mm rachet spanner makes the job better) and pull the starter up to the top of the engine bay. be careful of fuel lines etc.

    Warning light on

Hi folks. I've got a 52 terrano in. The handbrake light is stuck on. I'm thinking it's prob the handbrake switch or sensor in brake fluid reservoir? Has anyone else had this problem or and ideas? Thanks James
