Dont seem to be loosing engine oil,however on the 2 rubbers on the intercooler its weeping oil.Had a chat with R1cho on this and checked and cleaned the bypass valve(if thats what its called)and seems to be working as if i block the holes up and suck on it(no punns plz lol) i can hear it...

Its a bosch system on it m8,have had a good look on the outside and cant see any leak from it but did read on here that seal are know to go on the inside of them so that was my next thought....

It was a geniune one that i fitted.Ive got one here somewhere i think so ill try that one and see how it goes,but does run like poo if i disconnect the wire off the maf its self...

when mine was loosing coolant i couldnt see for love or money where it was coming from but bit the bullet and replaced the pump,and it was not till i got it off that i could see the gasket was gone at the very bottom of it so thats where my leak was coming from but the bearing where going in the...

Im sell a k&n induction kit that will fit a 1996 onward terrano and maverick.Was cleaned and re-oiled a month ago and a new cork gasket was done and have the mounting bracket as well.Looking for £40 + p&p for it.

That interesting as im having some of the same problems as you however im not loosing coolant.Ive change my water pump though so that may of helpped out the coolant loss issue but still shoots up when going up hill,despite triple checking for air lock so will be watching this post with interest

After looking at that video i would have to agree with steve on that one with you going through the water before hand.I had something like that happen to me when i cleaned my induction filter out.I didnt let it dry properly and a bit of oil got on the maf.I was lucky was i was able to wipe it...

If your looking for something that goes inside the original filter housing then this would be your best bet...
