Hello Mate,
I've got a 1995 2.7 LWB Maverick, pre-facelift. I've never had any problems with heat from the gearbox, even on runs to Warwickshire to see family, or covered in mud on the way back from Salisbury Plain. Are you sure that you're using the correct oil ?

Hello Makeitfit,
another tidy piece of work Bud. :thumbs As you say, the Mistral rear number plate holders are like hens teeth ! Just one question Bud, where do you find the time to get all of these jobs done ? :bow
Paul,
liking the story you told the insurance tea leaves Mate ! :lol...
Paul, like that very much Bud. Has the american marker light look about it !
Sweety, don't forget the pics of your new centre panel ! :thumbs

My Brother fitted some universal bonnet struts to his Disco. They were brilliant. As soon as you released the safety catch, the bonnet came up all on its own !
Lee.
You've made a nice job of that Mate. I take it they're Defender lamps ? Are thay wired seperately to the original reversing light, or instead of the original ? Shame you can't get a LHD rear bumper cluster and then have two fog lamps !

How did you secure the pipe work and to what?
Cheers Mate, Lee. :thumbs
Have a look at this video. Cannot for the life of me see why you would want to destroy a truck ?

I've ordered the aerial and mount today from Thunderpole. I've bought the 1.55m base loaded orbitor aerial with a 7" mag mount, so that I can put it in the middle of the roof as and when required. I'm going to put a fused cigarette lighter plug on the unit supply cable so that I can remove the...
Sorry to hear that you're going Bud. As said before, can't see why people leave, such a friendly bunch, a good amount of banter and lots of technical back up. Still, what ever will be will be...
Take care and good luck, Lee. :thumbs
