My Terrano is intercooled ............it has the bosch maff and bosch fuel pump and has the mini filter in the banjo bolt union.

Do you have the mini filter fitted to the feed in to the injector pump.

I will steam clean my chassis on a warm day then let it dry(Doesn't take long anyway as the chassis will be warm from the cleaning ) They sell waxoil in cans which you can connect up to a shultz gun HERE .............You will need a small compressor though. Lay a load of cardboard or old dust...

That's what it's all about....................regular checks of water, oil,tyres and pipework etc goes a long way to keeping your motor on the road.An engine doesn't have to leak oil or water for long for a big problem to arise(I know as that's how I got my Terrano from a mate who never checked...

Double check that banjo filter again(How did you clean it out) Mine was partially blocked and ran like a pig.You would drive along and hit the throttle and it just wouldn't accelerate then the MIL light would come on, then go off when you had taken your foot off the throttle.
