    no fault codes no engine mangement light comin on but the car i fetched the pump of never had a wire on injector 1 niether thats y i tried unplugging it and made all the difference now 1500 rpm put foot down and goes wen its plugged in the cars flat so guess ill leave it unplugged

    well unplugged no1 sensor test drove goes loads better pulls like a train now work that 1 out cos i carnt ????????????

    mines zexel injector then noway to test with multimeter wot wud the symptoms ov this type ov injector been faulty be ???

    i have a 1997 ford maverick 2.7tdi zexel fuel pump i believe there are 2 types ov no1 injectors 1 u can test with multimeter and other type u carnt test am i right so far as i think mine is the type u carnt test the car starts 1st flick idles perfect still feels little flat an veryvery slight...

    yes u was just 1 more question how does no1 injector work i have zexel pump and my injector is not 1 u can test with multmeter

    all done back on road and reset airbag light woo hoo !!!!!!!!!!!!:thumb2still think injector 1 may need replacing eventully i do have spare set ov injectors but none have the sensor on

    well another pump and set ov injectors got 75% fitted finish rest off in the morning then hopefully turn the key and she will fire up !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    good feeling bleed air out and she will run never relised till tonight it was friday 13th shud have known better than to expect things to go right then hols mon hopefully !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    diesel in pump not alot at injectors think theres air somewhere

    well there is a bolt in middle ov the 4 injectors out let and seems strange for 2 bad pumps so will give it a go nowt to loose

    havin done research loads ov finally found u bleed an isuzi 3.1td with the bolt in the middle ov the 4 injectors with ignition on will try this tomas nowt to loose omg its friday 13th wonder if this is y my day has gone wrong ????????????

    yes slackened wot i think is bleed screw on return pipe diesel through primer hard stop solenoid ok at a lost end now im very mechanically minded but this is starting to beat me

    quick update after a shitty day wiv weather put old pump back on bled up and still no go am i bleeding pump wrong or are they in need ov mega cranking am looking for another pump and injectors just in case its 2 pumps knackered just my luck to be wiv the week ive had

    took 4 flat screws out lifted top of washed out wiv petrol then blew it out with a compressor air line lined litlle bobble with the sliding peice on the shaft as its designed i assume to fit in that hole then put the four screws back in is this right ??

    yes turns over stop solenoid appears to be working attempts to fire every so often starting to think iv bled it wrong or killed the pump completly

    am convinced air lock in fuel system somewhere
