The difference when I did mine was unbelievable

I managed to get a breaker bar under there to get the plugs out.

I ran a V8 discovery and a 4.0lt Jeep on LPG for a long while and had no problems at all. I think a few miles on petrol each journey might help with any problems..?

I changed the rear Dif oil on the terrano a few days ago. The difference it has made is huge. No more rumbling in reverse, seems smoother and the odd squeaky noise on the over run which I thought may have been in the clutch has gone as well. It was thick on disgustingly dirty and a lot of gooey...

Unless it's really bad it will be fine. Usually they just put a note on the certificate. Land Rovers pass the MOT so a leak must be fine :D
