    How do I get TDC?

Over time you get wear in the valve gear & with the 2.7 engine being OHV like the old for cross flow engines etc they need a little adjustment from time to time, if the gaps are to large then the valves don't open up as much as they should be which can lead to a tiny drop in performance but the...

    Air con rad gone ?

Had a feeling that was the case & don't fancy spending around a £100 on a new one, wouldn't care it's only 2.5 years old:doh now the next question is the AC pump likely to seize up now:nenau if so i'll cut the belt off

    Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Had water over the bonnet on my MK2 T2 a few times without any problems mut on the MK3&4's i've noticed water can pass between the headlight & the indicator straight into the intake unlike the older ones luckily my headlight protectors cover the gap by about 90%

    Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Have seen that video a few times totally unfair as you say the dodge was only RWD if it had been a 4WD version it would have pulled the back of the LR off:lol:lol That T2 looked are if it had just road tyres on so no wonder it got dragged as it had no grip might have been a different story if it...

    Fitting roof bars

Problem is the roof is only single skinned as far as I know & the rivnuts only go through some of the cross braces. Hmm maybe it is time to scrap this idea totally :(

    Fitting roof bars

Understand where the spacers are meant to go but the feet of the bars sit flush to the roof without the rubbers on:augie Cheers Mav96 but not wanting to spend that much on a tool i'll probably only use once:doh

    Fitting roof bars

So I take it the spacers are held in place by the rivnuts then ? Do the spacers fit on the outside of the body or on the inside:confused: tried them up to the roof earlier & the centre mounting point seems to be 4 mm above the roof skin but does flex down when you push on it starting to think...

    Fitting roof bars

Fantastic pic:thumbs if the others are as easy to get to then could just fit nice repair washers & lock nuts instead of rivnuts:augie

    Fitting roof bars

At the bottom of the rails legs there are these bit which secure the rails to the body but can't see any marks on them where a spacer would have been:confused:

    Fitting roof bars

No there is concaved washers for the bolts so they fit nicely inside the mounting points, only other things apart from the bar which i've just noticed that are shaped at the bottom for the grooves in the roof are the rubber pads
