Have you tried pumping the plunger on top of the filter? It should pumped until too hard to pump anymore. Regards Alan

When I have done this type of stuff on site, building pile caps etc, we used to put cardboard cones on the bolts. One day I had to go back to site on a Christmas morning to strike them all. Would this system not have worked for your? Regards Alan
