    Tesco £500.00 Voucher

For the internet savvy these people are becoming less of a problem, however I had my bank account emptied from an email scam purporting to be from my bank. This was several years ago though. What really worries me is that the more vulnerable members of society with the most to lose are often...

    Project Twin Axle Trailer

It's definitely not sh!t mate, and kudos for doing the wiring. I always find that complicated and frustrating to do. The only think I might have done would be to put that connector block in a little waterproof enclosure to make it easy to access in the future. If you want one, I can have a...

New Clutch Master Cylinder & Clutch Pedal Bush - Terrano 2

Thanks. Let's hope so, although it seems to have become the norm lately to have my head under the bonnet, or the car on ramps in the evenings and weekends. A break would be nice now :) Regards Alan

New Clutch Master Cylinder & Clutch Pedal Bush - Terrano 2

Hi Guys, Following the recent replacement of my clutch, which some of you may have read about, I was still experiencing a problem with the clutch pedal not returning to its stop. Even though the clutch now appears to be working correctly, which was the result of a defective flexi pipe, the...

    My Rottweiler

I'll second that. Lovely dog & pups as well Rick. Below is one of the best dogs I've ever owned running on Woolacombe beach last September, a few months before succumbing to the ravages of cancer at 15 years. Regards Alan

Look what I found in my utility room

I have had a look at this before, it's at Wiltshire College (Lackham?). They must be popular as they have been running them for a while now. The course covers a range of different welding disciplines, but I am mostly interested in MIG, and perhaps ARC welding. I am able to stick two pieces of...

Cool! If you learn how to use it let me know? I got one, but I am struggling to use it. Thinking of doing a night school course (Wiltshire somewhere). Regards Alan

Appreciate it. I think I may change the master cylinder at some point and overhaul (if that's possible) the clutch pedal assembly. Just going to drive it now to see how I get on. Regards Alan

Loss of Drive - All Gears - Terrano 2

Hi Guys, Today the new flexi pipe arrived from the eBay seller (£37.50 I think), but not the slave cylinder which I cancelled due to a 7 day delivery confirmed by the seller! With the car place on ramps I set about removing the old flexi pipe. Using the flare spanners I had for Christmas...

Loss of Drive - All Gears - Terrano 2

There can be no doubt about that, but I am desperate to try to resolve this issue. The supplier has 15-day returns policy and PayPal guarantee, so I'm fairly comfortable about it. Also, it is supposed to arrive today, so I can start the job this afternoon with luck. I also have a company near...

Loss of Drive - All Gears - Terrano 2

That may explain it. I am fairly sure it's not on the metal block as I unbolted that in order to 'swing' the slave cylinder out of harms way during the clutch removal work. I hope that I have ordered the correct hose now. I suppose I can block the outlet on the new one with a bolt if needed. I...
