I used electricians tray for the blitz its very strong & already has the holes for venting just needs welding in & some black paint.

Our local welder/fabricator is £27 hr which I think is very cheap I have even told him he needs to up his pricing as he is very skilled, has an excellent reputation & overheads running a workshop like his are not cheap.

So much has changed in the last 50 years & as I don't have a crystal ball I wish I could stick around for another 50 years to see what is next.
