Pop some extra rear lighting in those circular holes will help the look of it mate.

Tiger seal will do the job, lots of modern vehicles use bonded panels these days. Maybe put in a couple of self tappers to hold it until set then whip them out.

The vw breakers in oldbury have a plasma cutter. Maybe they could cut round ur panels for $? I forget there name now, good guys tho. Then rivet or tiger seal on mucka

when i changed mine on my old vw i used an open ended spanner which just about fitted over the thread then used the wheel nut to pull it thru. do not use your favourite spanner tho.

would look good with black chequer plate. look on ebay for sellers and pm them if they can do custom cuts. have you tried strengthening the panels prior to fitting, tiger seal some 1x1 wood, letting it set then tiger sealing to truck? would take the flop out.

i find the side steps handy to keep/bounce me off the verges, and for the kids to get in :thumb2. and ,only on a personal opinion, i think the terrano with that plastic down the side actually suit side steps better.

i believe it is the crankshaft seal for the engine side and input shaft seal on the gearbox side. very important not to overfill either as a dodgy seal will get to the clutch eventually.
