Could it be the new exhaust has upped the back pressure in the engine and this has caused the turbo to whistle ??

Check to see where it's whistling from...outlet of the exhaust or from one of the joints.

Hi, 40,000 from a clutch is not very good, I get 80/100,000 out of most clutches As for the 5th gear jumping out, if it wasn't doing before, it must be something that has happened when the clutch was changed. I think you can get GRP one's for them, someone will confirm. I know one of the members on here was selling a new wing, a while back, Rustic will find the thread I'm sure.

As above, GL5 will eat your gearbox innards. MUST be GL4 :thumb2
