After replacing my alternator you are showing the same symptoms. Grab a volt meter and get a reading while the vehicle is running, should be about 123-14 volts not 12 or below.

Just a quick check for the alternator do a voltage read with the battery just sitting and then start up the vehicle and see what the voltage with the motor going should be around 13-14 volts.

If it's anything like the Mistral undo the 4 ? screws holding the middle panel /console on. The middle panel / console should drop forward and then the switches are exposed from behind where they should unclip out.

Check your universal joints and see how much play is in them.

Have a look back under the bonnet where you were crashing and banging around during the oil change and check for any electrical connectors that might have come apart. The throttle sensor switch sounds like it might not be talking to the rest of it. There is quite a few sensors under the bonnet...

Have a look under the console to see if anything has come loose. Just slide the shift up and down when you have it and just look to see if everything is moving. There should be a linkage arm and that might need adjusting: Manual Control Linkage Adjustment Move selector lever from “P” position...

Try pulling the outer seals off and see what behind them, sometimes a clean with a rag on the metal beading does the trick so the seal sit on properly. The water is either going over the top of the seal and needs packing out or going under the seal.

Have a look at the top door seal that's on the roof and in particular underneath it, as the lip rust out.

If you have a sun roof check to see if that is leaking as will. Often the drain pipes block or maybe disconnected. Just a long shot. But if warm water present would suggest a heater leak
