wrong headlamps sent gggrrr...HEADS UP

have any of you guys (or gals)had any dealings with an internet parts firm called "AUTODOC", Having a few problems ,ordered paid for and received a set(2) new headlamps for my TERRANO checked the arrow on front of car to make sure they dipped the right way for uk, fitted to car.....great ,took them to mot station for correct adjustment and duly informed they dip the wrong way. Now have to wait for a warranty claim to be made b4 they will either refund money or send 2 new headlights out(delivery time 4 weeks),not happy to say the least. BE CAREFULL OUT THER GUYS

I've had many parts from them fir many cars. So far not a single issue.

same here sir, been using them for a couple of years with no problem but they making it very difficult to exchange,2 days wasted exchanging emails, now i need to remove lights from car and put a separate warranty issue in for each one and in mean time buy some more lights so i can keep car on road......gggrrr...and pay for them returning

Used them recently, using a .co.uk domain is a bit shitty in my opinion seeing that it's all delivered from germany. Took about 1 and a 1/2 weeks to arrive, parts not fitted yet so can't comment on that.

If they're wrong you should not have to pay for the return. Pay paypal or credit card, chargeback should be easy enough.

Does any one know oem numbers of original lights,threw the old ones away,they wont proceed with warranty till they got them

found the numbers guys ...n gals, local dealer supplied me with them ,incidentally ,from dealers they are £259.88 for right hand assembly and £267.53 for left hand assembly. if autodoc get it right this time theres cost £151.00 apiece, have a nice day folks
