Is this a general size I could buy anywhere or is it a specialist thing from Nissan? mine has just died and I need to sort a new one for the MOT :doh

The last thing I need is stuff breaking before the dreaded MOT :(

ive seen a few on ebay. ask cncfab if he has one as well. try nissan1st as well

ok, I'll take a look and make some phonecalls, cheers :thumb2

washer motor

I had to do mine on my R3mR I got one from Nissan as I could not be bothered to use an aftermarket one and alter the wiring piping etc.

If its like mine its a push fit into the reservoir being an import it was £35 from Nissan so when my rear washer packed up a month later it was another £35. That said its been working Fine for the last two years and hopefully should last 10 years or more. The impellor is a solid nylon type so should not break up when the system freezes up.

I never did work out where the mystery second pipe went to ?

just replaced mine bought from a high street car spares outlet for £12 but as mine is a series 2 i had to take the o/s wing off to get at it(its the only way) GOOD LUCK. KEV.

I finally bought one for £10 from a local car spares shop and fitted it last night, It fitted straight in and I didnt have to change any wiring at all. only took a couple of minutes to fit :D

The washer jets are not too good on my car so I have ordered some new ones with whit LED's in them which should also make my truck faster too :augie:sly

erm, they do have LED's in them but I doubt very much they will be wired up and I was joking about going faster :D

They were the only ones I could find on Ebay that should fit straight on my car :doh

they also had blue ones if thats any better :D

Why not go the whole hog and fit strip lighting under the car, should guarantee another 20 bhp, plus you'll be able tofind it when it's lying upside down in a ditch!

dont forget the darren and tracy sticker , and boom box , should guarantee 200mph plus :p

reminds me of a kid when i was a teenager , he had a yamaha fs1e ( remember those ? :augie ) ... he was always bragging it would do 60mph plus untill i took him on with my padget yamaha rd250 .... he dissapeared into the distance at 40 mph lol

My twin nephews at 16 years old both had fizzies but no money (or job). They ran them by syphoning petrol from my sisters' (their mothers') car, and premixing it with oil from her deep fat fryer, filtered through a couple of pairs of her tights. Everywhere they went they left a trail of smoke perfumed with eau de stale chips, and my sister never did find out why her mini did only 10 to the gallon!
