That ns panel does need sealing, my old 05 plate had that leak amd over time if not repaired buggers the bearings in the blower which gives a horrible squeak when you go around corners.

Read the list of bullet points in the first post in Grandad's 3 litre thread and that's one of the first faults I'd managed to find when I first got it!!!

You've just solved a riddle for me there then, I may have to do the same all over again on Grandad's truck by the sounds of things

Yes it can T-Doug but it can also get out. Well should be able to but if it gets through the cover plate on the passenger side, it drips straight onto the blower and stuff.
