What's this ?

I haven't a clue what this round thing is. The rubber cover comes and underneath is a little metal disc. It seems to be well stuck whatever it is.
Perhaps the remains of a phone holder ?

Bright ideas welcome.

looks like one them phone holders grips metal in the battery or a plate that goes in cover maybe?

Stick a paper clip on it, if its a magnet then its a phone holder

Yup, it's magnetic. and stuck to the dash like it will be there for ever!

Depend on the age of your motor it could be developing black heads :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
I have seen dashes once they have been removed & often there is quiet a clue mark left heating it up first with a hair drier first may stop this happening

its defo a phone holder, i stuck one on my dash and when i tried to remove it, it brought the vynl off with it, thought of finding out what glue it is and stick some to the missus gob!
