Whats this do?

On top of the rocker cover there's a silver circular 'thing' :? with a pipe attached. which goes to the block attached to the pillar under the front right of the intercooler. Just cos im nosey whats this circular thing do? :?

I know its a technical description so if you need me to describe the part more just say! :wink:

it deosn't seem to have any holes or gaps to atmosphere and when i did tappets felt under rocker cover and no holes there either so thought i need to know what its purpose in life is.

only other thing i can think off is turbo boost blow off valve but thought that was more on inlet manifold

Just tried putting a pic into the galery but failed misrably.

Its def on the rocker cover right at the back and the pipe comes from it towards the front pilar of the cooler post to which it joins a metal block (held in place by cooler and bolt) and two other pipes come from this.

I'll keep trying to get a pic on. maybe i can get my avatar to be it :idea:

if its the breather for rocker sholdn't there b some kinds of holes thru the rocker cover? are they mega small? i couldn't feel even a dent thru the rocker when i did tappets.
