that means you will get the same non greasers that you have now, I would order pre 98 UJ's, which will have greasers, Rick

Sounds good, I was just concerned on possible size discrepancies? :nenau

You know how silly nissan is for f***ing about with things :doh

The fixed front hubs were fitted at the same time as they removed the three grease nipples on the front prop shaft....:doh:doh ironically, just at the time when the nipples were needed as the earlier ones had nipples with auto hubs which rarely turned, unless in 4 wheel drive.

Tip..
chalk a line on the prop shaft at each end, and note which is the front end, so that when you replace it, it goes back the same way, it might help the balancing.

Four nuts and bolts each end.
When replacing the ujs, grease the sliding joint too.

it is absolutely essential that the yokes line up on a prop shaft as UJ's are NOT CONSTANT VELOCITY, when correctly lined up the uneven rotation of main shaft is cancelled by the UJ's at each end, Rick

Another alternative which fixed mine. I simply bought a front propshaft from an older truck with the grease nipples. Turned out to be cheaper than buying a pair of replacement uj's.

 Where were you buying your UJ's from?
