Great idea with the photos Blocky, yeah love that area mate holds a lot of memories for me.
Won’t get results for around six weeks, have phoned cancer care team to see if I can get the appointment brought forward as it’s a long time to wait for these results.

Whitby is a lovely place Jim. Last time there was 2004ish and we stopped at Goathland for lunch on the way. I took a photo of my daughter standing outside Scripps garage, aged 2 and a halfish. Sunday, after 10mins of persuasion, I took another photo of her standing outside Scripps garage, aged 17 and a half. Lol
Hope your scan went well Sunday.

Hi Blocky, had a call back from cancer care team today. Unfortunately they can’t bring the appointment forward as the results from a ct scan take 6 weeks to come through, you can imagine my thoughts on that.

I guess it’s holiday time, I’ve just got to sit tight and remain positive.

Anyway a job interview on Thursday at 9am so fingers crossed. Still with the same lot just doing IT and Radios on the wagons, hope my fingers don’t slip on to the wrong switch by mistake :naughty

Still makes my blood boil, modern technology that produces results instantly but have to wait for a consultant to interpret it, it is mad mad mad, hopefully BoJo will address this but I will not hold my breath, Rick

BoJo will line his pockets just like the rest of them and stuff everything else until it’s election time but that’s enough politics.

It is rather odd considering the sign in the waiting room says 10 to 14 days. When I was in hospital I had CT scans and they had the results within the hour too. I guess I’m sensitive because it’s my first 6 monthly scan after the op and I need to know it hasn’t come back. 20 to 30% chance of that and it’s only palliative care after that. Mostly I’m positive but lack of sleep is getting a bit much at the moment.
I should be tired and I was because I took myself out for a day at the coast today.

I hope you're interview goes ok today.
I apologies for not responding to your request to meet-up when you were near Newton Abbot.
I'd read it and forgot about it.
I was in fact working right down on the Cornish coast in St.Agnes for all that week, so wouldn't have been able to see you.
Next time hopefully.

No worries, I’d guessed you were working so it’s fine and as it turns out I may very well be down at the same place again but will try and give you a little more warning.
As for job interview, difficult to say how it went really. Now just waiting to see if the phone rings.
