I know.... it's the rear seat belts, for the 3rd row of seats... until I took mine out, I used a plastic bag clip to clip the up and down bit together, to stop mine from rattling.

Yeh thanks jim :lol

It was on the outside underneath the truck, but I could have sworn it was at the front, the sound really travelled, even felt it a bit through the floor with my foot.

'Zorst?
Pebble in the hub cap was always a good one, but we don't have hub caps anymore.

Really, is that it!
You should of done those age's ago!:lol
...or taken them off altogether.
Well done Elty, for going back to basics.

Right then peeps, just making things clear now, there wasn't anything wrong with the rear drop links, the nuts that holds them to the bar itself were working their way loose, and so were the bolts that hold the bar to the axle, not slack, just not tight. All those combined was allowing things to move about slightly and make the clunking/clanging noise that I could have swore was coming from the front, I even felt it through my feet whilst driving.
I did have the rear arb off untill mr mot made me put it back on so its my own fault, I will be applying some blue loctite when I get the chance, and I am still thinking of ways to make a quick disconnect for it :thumb2
