Its been there for 10 years now and has developed quite a few leaks and a lot of rot.

At least you have got plenty of wood to burn to keep you warm with roof off:lol:lol
What are you replacing it with?
I did mine with box profile steel sheets but I get a lot of condensation.
Might go back to timber and felt.
I need to sort mine out so I can use it as a workshop again not a kids toy store.

same roof going on mate with new timbers that were free.
polycarb double glaze stuff. and yes I have enough fire wood for 3 years:D

I have to work in mine to keep warm:lol
Got an oil filled radiator but by the time it warms up I've finished what I'm doing:lol

We bought one of those Aldi Outdoor Quartz infra red heaters, 3 x1 kw...

Spends more time in my garage if ever I have jobs to do, as the heat is direct, and warms you not the air, doesn't blow dust around like a fan heater.

1 kw is usually enough.:thumb2

Love it, nice little den, get away from it all in there I can see, my workshop is similar, got a wood burner of sorts but need to fill some holes up with glass to feel the benefit, also need to improve drainage to stop it flooding during heavy rain, but just had no time, Rick

Looks cool inside, Are you hoping to be finished by the end of the weekend?

I still need to do some upgrades to my man shack.

Calor gas heater in my workshop/hideaway.Just need to leave the door open a little. But gets toasty in no time.

That's some size man cave:eek: looks about the size of my whole back garden, i've just got a 5x7ft shed thats well past it's best but can't get into it as it's full of bikes & the Son's back seat out of his car:augie TBH i'd love to build something like that on the back of our house but the thing is starting to subside by the looks of it:doh

its 17x12':D
I was hoping to get it finished today. But as usual these jobs always bigger than you expect. The corner post are rotten and also need replacing.
Im also putting a slightly better pitch on it and I have brought25 tubes of silicone.trust me this will not leak when its finished:augie

it wont be finished today but the good wifey told me stay off work till its finished:D
the joys of working together she can go work with my mate:clap

Just watched country file tonight & it looks as if the weather is on the turn again & Scotland & the North could be getting hit with snow around Thursday:augie
