€5.90 (£5.01) for 5l of sunflower oil at Mercadona in Malaga - Spanish government just increased the tax on svo to dissuade diesel drivers from using it, was about £4 until Jan 1st! Diesel currently €1.41 a litre (£1.20).

Rapeseed is currently £3 for 3L
Buy 42 litres for £42 less £5 (ie £37) and it's 88p/L

thats what im using... seems to be the best deal so far. the more you buy the bigger the discount www.farmfoods.co.uk/includes/Vouchers/org/Vouchers.pdf but it still works out the same

Makro 20 ltr £18.29 thats about £0.9145p about 92p per ltr

Tesco buy x2 5lts for £10 thats £1 per ltr
buy 8 thats 40 lts for £40 and get a voucher for £5 off for next weeks shop so in thereory that works out as £0.875 p per ltr or about 88p per ltr

When the weathers warmer so my collected waste oil can be filtered, it's the cheapest out, in the meantime I've been putting the worst thick nasty stuff in a 20L bottle and exchanging for £5 off a shiny new 20L cubie. Brings it down to about 68ppL

I'm guessing that at this price it is Filtered WVO.

It's way too cheap to be SVO.
