We have mountains of those in Hastings, and I have not had any problems, for your fronts to squeal they would need to be way out track wise or the joints very badly worn, not all fitters know how to do the tracking, I had to stop a guy once when he was trying to set up optical tracking kit with one side on the tyre and the other on the rim but with one leg on the lip the other on the rounded part further in, horrendous, I can think of several reasons why for instance you could be driving your front wheels, have you done the acid test and removed the front hubs, if so did it still do it? Rick

This will be the next thing to do Rick. As soon as I have a day off I'll be on it. On nights atm so dragging myself out of bed and doing anything other than naff all, is a chore :(

vague steering

My steering was like driving a boat, until Rick steeped in. :thumb2
New drag link, steering box and tracking later - a different truck to drive.
My tyres where squelling until the tracking was done. until that was done it was worse than before

Don't use it for work much. Unless there's home work to do :naughty

I have a specialized hardrock sport that is now a single speed with rigid carbon forks that I mainly use for work. Weighs about 10kg :thumb2
and a Onone 45650b. Hardtail 27.5" wheels with a dropper post. It's steel frame so heavy but rides very well.

My bike with engine is a Honda crm 250. 2 stroke and a wheelie machine :augie
