My phone camera is now too good so I can't upload pictures as the file size is too big.
I used to shrink picture via Picasa on some sort of e mail option and then save them but it takes ages.
What is the easy way to do it please ?

I upload them to photobucket then just link them.

yep , easiest way , plus you can repost the same picture over and over again ( for reference ) , unlike when you attach a file / photo :thumb2
 
or you can adjust your phone camera to a lower resolution and upload as you did before, Rick

I have registered on photobucket uploaded a picture so how do I link it to this website ?

Not worked mate, the picture has been deleted or you've moved it into another album rendering the IMG code invalid now
