Hi - just been told my UJ is worn out. This explains the clunk when I take my foot of the accelerator and the vibration at various speeds / revs. Does anyone have any advice please - is it a big job to fix? If I take it to a garage will it cost me lots of money????? Thanks

Gaage will probably want to put a whole new propshaft on unless you can find a really goo garage.

Milners sell the UJ's though they have been known to supply the wrong one. Not too hard a job to do.

Usually not to bad of job to do, if you can use a pit or a ramp to get the vehicle up will make it easier to work on the UJs.

Just a matter of undoing some bolts if my memory serves me right :?

If you decide to do it yourself take some photos as you go as they can help you put it back together if you are not to sure.

When you finish keep the photos so we can put it in the "Workshop" downloads

Hi, Thanks for your replies - will let you know how it goes.
