has anyone tried maxxis event ml698 all terrains or heard any reports on them? £84 a corner, bfg tread pattern but not remoulds. thinking of getting some, cheers, mike.

I have not tried them but ive just bought the 751's which are 60/40 all terrains and they seem fine but I think the tyre fitters struggled to balance them properly as there is a vibration at motorway speed, so I need to look at rebalancing them.

heres some pics of new event ml698's on my terry! i did hope to hold out abit but my old tyres were on the limit! 235 70 16 all terrain, cheaper than remoulds!

got to cut off part of my mud flap as they touch on full lock but hey ho!!

Shouldn't do with those little tyres on mate

Your torsions bars need cranking tho as its looks like they have sagged considerably, front should be 20mm lower than back to top of wheel arch moulding

no, loads of space without the -25 et tar. i may get some 32mm spacers for the front, only touching by a mm literally. would get 75's on without the girth!!
cheers, mike.
