Found this on another forum. very handy: http://www.exploroz.com/Vehicle/Tyres/SizeCalc.aspx
i'm thinking standard a/t's will do for this summer into winter.
a/t's will be fine all year round m8
i have decided on these:
http://www.4x4tyres.com/31-1050-15-insa-turbo-sahara-mud-retread--tyre-109q
will give report l8r on both on and off road uses, tho on road will only be to events and back. normal tyres otherwise.
drumclog being my nearest haunt it will be interesting :naughty
I use AT's all year round, to be honest Muds are crap on winter (and summer) roads and how much time do you spend off road? I go off road virtualy every day and still think muds are a bit OTT for 99% of the time :nenau

will they fit with no modifications?
Arnt they re-molds
Okay, could be I'm simple and have missed it somewhere else, what sizes will run on a standard T2 without removing bits or wielding a big hammer?
My truck has a hideous mix of tyres on, Avon down one side, Maxxis and Kingstar on the other :doh. If nowt else I need to get the pair of Avon's onto one axle and at least all the black circles same original size - 235 x 75 x 15 - but I would like to sort something out before next winter comes around. (That's quite soon up here!) and maybe replace all 4.
As I spend too much time in Chelsea tractor mode and not enough time in the mud, I would be keen to put a bigger overall tyre on to get higher speeds on road at lower revs if poss, but I don't have the insurance to go modifying the vehicle. (hmmm, does that immediately discount different tyre sizes? )
