Adz, just for info the Met Office is predicting -15C Sat night, -10c during the day Sun and then seriously pissing rain for the next 3-4 days. So if you're planning to do Strata prepare to be washed away and drowned on a river crossing, cos with the heavy rain AND the snow melt its gonna be serious mate

I'll try and post a pic of the river past me if it comes up, its usually a good guide to whats going on upstream....mind you, the thing in the woodpile is the dear old Met Office of course! LOL

Not that close, unlike Fez, I'm about 20 miles south, but the river systems that cross Strata mostly drain down into Llyne Briane and thence the Tywi (or Towy as foreigners call it! LOL) and then 50 feet from my back door, where the river goes up and down by anything from 3-6 metres within a day sometimes. And if its like that down here then its like that up there :thumb2

In fact cos of the calming effect of Llyne Briane is often worse "up there"....sadly won't be here, off to Oxfordshire after Xmas to sort my kids out LOL Have a good one!

ADAM is to ill to go to Wales iam afraid we didnt even get a Christmas
due to him being so poorly:rose tho he did get a ride in an ambulance Chrismas morning! !,it probably states it already on here but being me i dunno where! so if anyone goes please take some photos for him and soon as his better he will be back on here MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT!

christmas morning his throat closed up and he couldnt breath he already had flu creeping in but due to severe glandular fever four years ago he was told any breathing difficultys n striaght back to hospital, he is home now just cant seem to stop being sick n cant stand up if no better tomorrow i will call in the emergency doctor
