There's been a lot of talk of this in the past, chances are your guide pins will be OK and all you'll need is the replacement rubber boots as they will have perished.

I'm not paying £40 for a Milners kit so spent the whole afternoon researching and found a place that sells the rubber boots individually for £1.04 each :naughty

There's no product pic at the moment but I've been advised by the guy on the phone that these are the exact one for Terrano calipers :thumb2

They also do a full kit which can be found here :thumb2

I'll sticky this as I've found multiple threads relating to this before

This top quality research was brought to you by Nissan 4x4 Owners club :naughty

Just ordered 8, set for me and some spares, will report back :thumb2

That's a great find Zac. Shame I don't need any:lol
Had mine apart last week when I replaced the pads and greased them bad boys up:naughty

Might just order some spares for mine too, when I know yours are ok:lol

My brake warning light came on so I took off the wheels only to find both the caliper's & brake carriers on each site ceased solid, even managed to brake the tops of the sliders off on both caliper carriers. Both looked like a cut dried out onion with the amount of rust layers. I'm sure they must be the original 20 year old brakes. Thought about getting some off an old scrapper but I have no dealers near me to go looking. Scoured the Web as I could get reconditioned caliper's from my local motor factors but the sliders were a different story. I wanted to be sure I was going to stop when I needed so I found Milner 4x4 do a replacement caliper with carriers and ordered them for both sides along with new disks & pads. brilliant service as they arrived in 2 days. In the meantime I looked up the references on the forum on how to remove the Hub and bearing assembly to get the disks off (this is when I found the issue with the grease seal B and baffle plate another thread). when it came to putting on the carriers, pads and caliper's I discovered I had the wrong PAD's as they were too small for the carriers and rattled around. Phone Milner's and realised the caliper's and carriers were for the Jap Import R20 Mistral :doh the guy was surprised that they all fitted up ok so I stumped up for the correct Pads (At good price) and waited. When they arrived they all went in without a hitch and the truck stops with no issues :D Might be a good conversion if anyone has the same issues with old worn out brakes

Whilst I was there I replaced the drop bushes on the ends of the stabilizer bar as they had separated and I was getting a loud clonking on steering lock.
