It's probably on here somewhere but I can't seem to find it.......... is there a parts list for the suspension bushes.......... My 2000 T2 is knocking when I go round corners or come off a kerb etc...... ideas welcome, I've used polybush in the past but never want to go near that type again, they don't last as well as OEM kit.
MOT is coming soon so need to get some repairs done....... is there a supplier who has a complete supply solution?

Agreed; I used polybushes on my ARB droplinks and they seemed to get crushed too quickly for my liking....

thats because there is several grades of poly bush material . some hard / med / soft .

the ones i got for mine were from oz but very soft racing stuff ....

as i wanted the soft for even tracks at speed . well impressed with mine . im looking to find a link of uk supplier. but having trouble remembering the oz company name :bow

got the old packets of stuff like that packed away somewhere .

Nah, bushes are gay, I'm fitting my rose jointed drop links at the weekend AND they're now super sexy disconnectable :naughty

DOH................. !! anyone got a list of part numbers for OEM bushes? ....... mot looming.......... might just remove the anti roll bar on the front, and maybe the rear, beef up the back suspension, now if this were a landie, no prob, but only a nissan owner for 2 years now (no breakdowns only wear and tear).... so any assistance very welcome..

Thanks for that, not sure what I'm going to have to replace......... will the car pass mot without roll bars? or does that make it modified?

parts catalogue here http://nissan4u.com/parts/

mine passes with front arb and no rear . others pass without any. but they can fail and probably should ...

they handle crap without the front one . id be buying from milner4x4 myself . if its just for mot . why mess about .

if its just drop links there is a way to make them last well

I'd go further and say its dangerous without the front ones....if you're in control its OK but it wallows like a whale in corners and if you have to swerve suddenly at speed you are likely to lose control very easily because of massive oversteer....:(

cheers Gents............. I'll replace the links, if theres a way of making them last longer, I'd love to know :)

The link just comes up with the website.......... curses, foiled by the web again,

Regards

Dave
