Ye of little faith, had the front end up like that loads of times and as long as you don't lose traction on the wheels left on the ground you will keep going.
If it does start to spin a quick dab of the brakes puts power back to the wheels left on the ground.

I'd rather know it wont happen :sly

I've managed all these years without a lokka :nenau
Would be nice to have one just to give you more control in situations like this but that's when knowledge and driving skills come into play.

wow that RR is fit by comparision what is normally seen as modding for them.

theres a line on side of a628, snow road always fancied doing near flouch end.

sadly other lane further towards a6024 is down graded to bridleway.

Is this the short one near the roundabout?

read the posts and watched vid,the date is on my pre meet date but thats ok,site price is good to.will my standard t2 cope.

I'm going out on a reccy run at the beginning of July to see what the lanes around holmefirth area are like,so will known what can and can't be done in a standard truck.

as far as I am aware they are both restricted byways,but not been over that way for a while so things could have changed.
I wont rely on the reply by the glass rep in the difflock thread as it was about 8 years ago when that was posted.:lol

Would say from last time was on woodhead yes western was bridleway but eastern was byway though heard at times its been blocked by farmer due to preventing rustling.

I've been told that one, possibly snow road is sign posted as a bridleway but it is a boat and legal to drive.
I will see if I can get hold of the rights of way officer for the Langsett county parish area and try and shed some light on the status of these lanes.

Eastern one(snow road)is now a restricted byway.
The one down to woodhead res is still an unknown but I'm on it.

As Steve says we had a run around the route yesterday with a turn out of 8 trucks
Japs where on a par with green ovals.
3 terrano's and 1 landcruiser vs 2 defender 90 's,1 defender 110 and a disco.
Was a cracking day out with some great lanes and scenery :thumb2
