sorted! now who want's to guess what was wrong?

finally got my truck back to full health! but the problem was not caused by:

the gearbox
the clutch
the pressure plate
slave cylinder
flexi pipe
thrust bearing
clutch fork
pedal bush
pedal spring
master cylinder or
dampner pipe

take a guess at what the problem was & i'll reveal in 24 hrs :thumbs:augie
 
clutch pedal was bent well not the peddle the metal bit u know what i mean lol

so do you mean to say you removed the box/engine and it was not the clutch internals? Rick
 
What was the problem's symptoms :nenau

wouldn't change gear without using revs, had to turn it off at juctions & lights to be able to put it in 1st & same with reverse, was as if the pressure plate had collapsed, biting point on the floor & pedal was low too
