hi, after reading many many many back posts regarding fitting of 31 10.5 15 tyres to terrano's it seems inconclusive....... did they fit without trimming?
tread pattern like colway enduro, nothing too radical.
any one care to comment? many thanks, mike.

I got 31's on and mud flaps had to go, and Mr hammer on the rear front wheel arches, and a bit of trimming to the lower front, but guess if you have suspension lift you may get away with that, rears no problem, I do occasionally contact the front wings on lock on uneven ground, Rick

Pretty much what Rick said :thumb2
I think the reason for no real conclusion is two fold.
31s as an A/T on road use will be fine with the flaps off and a bit of plastic trimming.
BUT if used on green lanes or proper offroad, you will get some scuffing.
Secondly not all tyres sizes are actually the sizes on the side of the tyre

31s STT coopers needed mud flaps off and a 2" lift.

Still touched when turning and front suspension compressed.

Get the spacers i bought for rear, and wind up front, and really you should get the +2 rear shocks too. :sly

Also forgot to say my rims gave me 20mm each wheel wider.

well i have picked them up, they seem huuuge next to the truck lol
offset appears around the zero mark(roughly) so i may be lucky and not have to trim......

well, got them on, had to hammer the metal seam back to flush and trim mudflap to allow me to keep them on. raised front as high as it will go but need to reindex torsion bars to get tan extra inch i think.

i am raising the rear +2" so that should then level her out...

Looking good:thumbs
Did the wheel nuts fit ok or I'd you get new ones.

they fitted fine, did some searching online and they are the same 60degree taper and thread length was fine too, which saved a few bob :thumb2
balancing needs adressing as have a hell of a wobble at 45mph!

As long as they didn't get in the way of those side steps :naughty

those side steps are here to stay!! gay pride and all that lol! in all seriousness they are a god send when getting my mom and the kids in, and i couldnt do without them!

I may be able to help there ...... My 2" shocks are too short ...need bigger ones :sly tho the top Bush is slightly singed from weld near by when the mount snapped......:(......several times.....not my welding(it was the mr's) ;) ....I will take pics

They cost me £100 last Jan from blood red, they're pro comp 9000's in white, Boro charged or something, I had only put them on the weekend before we found all the rot ...(see fb link) & done 100miles on them....

No idea what to ask
