hi all I need some advice and help . I have been trying to raise the front because they have been hitting on the rubber bound bump. so I done it like it says in section fa9 and fa39 of the workshop manual download which tells me that the vehicle posture should be 32mm . i have managed to get it to 30mm both side from 15mm. but the drivers side front has a 10 inch gap between wheel arch and the rim and the rear driver side has 12 inches . on the passenger side it is 11.5 at the back and 10 inches at the front . but should I ignore what it say in the workshop manual on how to set it up and set the gaps the same or just leave it . somebody had be messing around with it before me because on the torsion bar adjuster you have the 2 nuts to lock it off they where loose and it has now sorted out the notchy feeling when turning slowly

what I was trying to ask is should I adjust the front so that there is the same gap between the front and the rear . 1.5 inches on the passengers or 2 inches on the drivers side . or would there be something on the back passenger side to cause the half inch drop in differences ?.

leave it as it is buddy

when I did mine I deliberately left the front higher as it will have to settle anyways and I left a spare inch or so extra just to compensate for future sag (touch wood it doesn't)

thanks banshee I have left it . now just got to get use to the harder suspension now and that it does handle so good on corners .but that could be me just thinking the front is slipping

Haha you'll be fine dude, I took me a while after I re-indexed it felt like I was driving a monster truck, I felt like I needed a booster seat to see the road that I was missing lol
