Salisbury Plains Club Meet - September 2018

Getting excited for this one even though it's a little way away yet, but still MILES away (or so it feels) to getting the truck ready

I'm currently sat in the lounge in my hotel in Austria after a very very long hike today, here for the week so I'll try and update my project thread a little after dinner.

I'm still getting running issues

Also, £230 out of pocket at the moment after an eBay fraudster flogged me a set of 4, 35" tyres that I brought cheap to trial run before spending mega bucks on a new set to make sure I've done enough cutting but 1 of the tyres has a massive gash in the sidewall and doesn't hold pressure

If all goes to plan I'll be there with Terrance and my new Caranex tent :naughty

Worst case scenario, I might have to ask politely if I can perch on someones rear tyre again all weekend in exchange for getting the gates :lol (if any)

Homeward bound tomorrow afternoon after a fantastic holiday so going to get my act together and see if I can get this truck back in action!!! It's spent too long looking like a half stripped scrapper on my drive

I don't even know which county I'm aiming for.

Wiltshire is where you need to head too, I didn't manage to get my holiday approved so I will travel down on the Friday night and head back Sunday morning

Right, as long as the laning is on the Saturday and Sunday I'm in

Let's start a list please reply below to confirm you are laning both days;

I have a route for both the Saturday and another for Sunday.

On the Plain, the groups are normally no more than 4 + leader.

I will phone the campsite from work tomorrow and have a chat about booking.

As previously stated, I will be coming but may or may not have the troll, even if I come in the troll unless the the bottom cross member has been replaced I won't be laning as I don't want to risk any further damage. Rick has offered me seat in his troll, thanks Rick. But wouldn't want to be a burden to him both days so if there are any other seat available I'm open to offers.
