I have seen them re pinned with a slightly larger pin, but it entails removing the hinge and drilling with the correct sized odrill for the new pin, my method is old body shop trick, shut the door on a correctly placed piece of wood between the door and the B post so it forces the door forwards bending the door slightly at the hinge till with the worn hinge door now sits in proper place, just a little at a time, till you get it right, easy, Rick
