hi,
drivers door sagging on Terrance (the terrano)
looks like the pins are shot,
can you replace them or is it a new hinge job ?
any suggestions

I have seen them re pinned with a slightly larger pin, but it entails removing the hinge and drilling with the correct sized odrill for the new pin, my method is old body shop trick, shut the door on a correctly placed piece of wood between the door and the B post so it forces the door forwards bending the door slightly at the hinge till with the worn hinge door now sits in proper place, just a little at a time, till you get it right, easy, Rick

widened my little pretty eyes then... but then realized the thread said "sagging" and not what i thought it said ....:nenau

Late reply to this thread but a simple solution is to take out the bolts that hold the bottom hinges on the door and pack with washers - them put bolts back in.

Like new again :thumbs
