Bit more done today, but yet again called out today, so only managed to weld enough to suffice for now, this is a not so easy part to picture and weld

Having sorted the Lokka now to get on with the rest of it, this is the condition of the spheres, not much chance of the seals working on this

The OS was fine with existing shims but NS at the correct tension needs 25 thou, but no shims here

Luckily I have a roll of 5 thou shim so used this as a temporary fix

4 pieces folded 5 times is good

Swivel hubs back together, will order some shims from Nissan to do job properly

Had a very long day today, but finished it including grit blasting a very large amount and applying 4 Ltr Shultz by air pressure spray, but far too busy for pics I am afraid apart from this one of the two new up rated springs, they are to cope with the winch bumper and new heavy duty sills, before the front was on the rubber helpers, dropping it off the hoist they are at least 3 inches clear now but that will settle, so another result, I am thinking about closing this thread as it is getting rather large and there are not many more mods to do, how say you all? Rick

Chassis underseal after grit blast, I took several pics this morning but this is the only one that is any good as low light and I could not hold the camera steady enough, but suffice to say the whole chassis between the wheels is like this, the other odd bits I will tackle as time permits, this might be the last pic on this thread as I said before think it is due for closing, MOT booked for Thursday, Rick
