He is going to chrome it, I know what he is like.

I plan on making my own, But maybe 4mm steel. More of a overland design with swing away wheel carrier etc.

Galv is gay and only meant for landies :lol It's the rat look for me :) Fez, stop your swearing , phft, chrome :p
You'll easily be able to do a swing away wheel carrier on it :thumbs

stock at the moment but hopfully springs and body lift over the winter:D

I've got some body lift kits here mate and also +2" extended rear shocks :naughty

Price is £175 each for the first 3 :thumb2 At the moment that's unfinished but I hope to persuade him to prime them. They can be galvanised if you want or you can have them unfinished for you to modify as you like and then powder coat:thumbs
Roll up roll up :)

good price, I am guessing they will only fit with 2" body lift.

Ah ha I thought of that :sly
For a std truck the end cap bits will be 2" shorter :clap
Do you want one?

going to have recovery points on it? so you can tow the landies out??

I think that's maybe but as they're welded directly onto the chassis I'm using them .:sly They've been fine so far

The ones on the chassis is where the tow bar attaches so they are very strong.

I may be interested but I think i'll need something deeper for my wheel carrier idea. Also a section cut out on the left side where the pivot would be.

What sort of depth is from the door to the edge of the bumper?

How come you left such a gap between the top of the bumper and bottom of the door?

Gap left cause my body is lifted and didn't want the back piece to look too massahoosive  Also need to put my foot on something to climb in :lol
I reckon the end cap will easily take a wheel carrier a la overlanding stylee ;)
End cap is about 10mm from door edge but could be more but wont look as good

I'd need this bit not here, Roughly drawn. and the top of the bumper to continue into that area.

Is the bumper going to be open on the truck side?

Fez that's easy peasy mate :thumbs What do you mean open to the truck ?

I mean, is the other side of the bumper we can't see open? As Im tempted to run indicators etc in the bumper. Also if open would be easier to weld the pivot in.

Also the right side would need to be slightly cut like the left side but alot less.

Might be worth me popping down and having a look. So I can see it in person.

I see , yep it's basically an L shape in the middle so yes open to the truck underneath. Not much room to fit the original lights though. If you look at the pis there's a sort of oblong pencil mark on the flat middle bit. That's the end of the chassis , so not much space to the end for lights. Enough though if you go for landie type or led for example.

ok, I will have a think. Bit skint at the moment. And for the differences I want I'd need the pivot so I know it's dimensions. Which cost £70.
