All fitted and working now...

Also fitted my new roof lights after carrying out a couple of modifications to them.

These LED Bars are both Amber and White, so they are now my Work Lights, Amber Beacons, and with the addition of the Red LED strips I made, red marker lights as well.

OOPH I can't help thinking of "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" :D

Did you back into a Halfords display window?!:lol

Only kidding, I can understand if if its recovery jobs, the more lights the better!

Halfords?... for cars?.. You have to be kidding, barely sells stuff for bike now. Every time I go in there, there is less and less for cars. Even my Wife takes the mickey out of them, as every time I go in there for something specifically car related, they never have it.

Yes, I like lights, and being with the 4x4 response gives me even more of an excuse.

I'm loving those rear lights, when did you hook them up?

Today.. When I fitted the original lights, I use plug and sockets to bring the wires through the roof, so it was just a case of unplugging the old ones, and fitting the new. They even fitted into the old fixing holes, but looking at the pictures, I need to fit a new Rivnut nearer the centre of the car, so the lights sit more level.

Overall though, I am very pleased, the white light is fantastic for reversing.

Will try and get some pictures tomorrow, I was busy doing a few odd and sods jobs, like making up my new rear work lights today, ready for fitting.

How come the spare wheel did not hit it first?
It was a short but thick branch left after removal of some large overhanging foliage, he hit it square on.
