rear door number plate done

I just used a ford transit one as they're smaller and available at all good scrap yards for , erm, well , not a lot :sly
I also got a motor bike plate as it's a bit smaller :naughty but don't tell plod :augie
 
looks good,

and full size uk square plate too,

not bad as last one i saw used a mistral mount
as was claimed uk wheel is further over than
jap making its tighter space as i recall.

i wonder if the move to a plate in bumper was
made because on the door with drop window
looks so discovery or because of sighting issues
due to being next to the spare, ie why 4x4s with
rear spares ended up with side and indicators in
bumper something like lights were obscurred by
open door.

anyway nice to see it where it belongs, now need
to sort towbar and yours is old enough for a custom
receiver style under lip of bumper.....
