rapeseed oil.....

As a user of Derv/veggie mix I was pleased to see that ASDA have reduced the price of the rapeseed oil to £3 for a 3 litre so @ £1 litre its now worth using once again. The terrano likes rapeseed best but sunfower oil smells better! regards bri

KTC veg oil ... yes it still is £19.89 for 20L at Makro, 7/8/11 altough it is soya based, not rapeseed, anyone using ktc oil?

yep I use KTC 20L in cubies.

yes,used it for thousands of miles inc over 1500 towing with no problems at all.

45 litres of veg oil today for £42.87 from costco the 15 litre drums were slighly cheaper than the 20 litre drums they were £19.59 a drum if i remember right

hi Zippy, do you prefer ktc "soya" or rapseed oil from tesco/asda?
i find that my mav runs better on rapeseed, the ktc oil seemed to need to be hotter before i switched over to 100%,, whats your thoughts?

ps asda/tesco £1 a litre singles, i bought 20lts and got funny looks do you know if there is maximum you can by, as when they were on a roll back price i was only allowed to have 10 L

If its on offer you may have a limmit, but if not you can buy as much as you want. Its for sale thats the point of have it there. Also unless started they can not refuse to sell it to you unless they remove it from sall altogether.:naughty
