Rad mounted

Finally got my rad mounted and now sits a good 100mm further back. Front panel also coming on. Got my wheel arches todo next. The wings aren't great but should come ok as the lower section where the wide arch section mounts is hidden, bonus.

Primered up and painted around the awkward bits.

The strength that's now back in the front is great. Shouldnt need much more to make it bomb proof. The steel I've used is 2mm thick rather than 1mm flexi stuff. A little harder to bend but worth it. Find a little groove on the back of the bend works wonders.

Finishing touches were these corner sections which stiffen the front panel loads. Just got inner wings todo and some repairs on the wings themselves. Its showing promise anyway.

Inner arches suck as the repair section are going to be big. But weld or patch?
