Well got up early before my late shift today. Cut the pipes off where they go vertical and fitted the rubber u pipe but don’t have a flaring tool like you Ian so just jubilee clipped on to straight pipes. Appears to be leak free for the moment

As it is on the return to the reservoir it is not under very much pressure so will be fine, Rick
