Resurrecting an old thread.

I have bought new springs from Millner and the front off side is sitting a lot lower, hence the rear near side is sitting a lot higher. Initially i thought that my 'new' chassis might have been warped but I checked that before fitting the body.

So most likely I have to get a new set of springs to get it sorted. Not happy about the additional cost but if that sorts it then so be it.

Dont panic, just get your measuring stick and find the difference. Then get a spring spacer to put on the opposite side to balance things out. It's common on suspension lifts with the Trol to fine tune the height with spacers. You can get them from Pedders in the UK , nice n cheap fix :thumbs

Cheers for that Makeitfit. Will have a look on their website but first find a level piece of ground to put the car on. :D

I have just put Ironman +2 springs on mine £105 front set and £130 rear set springs where marked up nearside and offside. Car sat perfect left to right but the front went up more than the back so a added a 35mm packer each side at the back to get it back in spec of rear 10mm higher than front.

Good springs smoother ride than standered, good price and look nice to in bright yellow.

Kind regards

Russell.

I think this must be an issue with y60's aswell as mine is the same sits lower on one corner.
