Oil leak - help please.

I noticed this morning that my truck is leaking oil onto the drive. It's been parked up since Sunday as I've been ill in bed, so don't know why it would start know?

It seems to be running along here

and ending up here

The truck is parked facing downhill - left to right as you look at the pics, which is why I'm making that assumption - unless oil flows uphill... :doh

As I'm not equipped to deal with it myself, I guess my next question after 'what is causing it?' will be, do you think it will make it a couple of miles to the mechanics tomorrow?

could be the clutch damper pipe leaking? :nenau

not sure never done it..... i did think you could just cut out the damaged but and replace with rubber hose

however i think terra said these had a pressurised system so that could blow


i know elty did his
or ask terra or toolbox


for the best advise thats the safest option

Cheers. Now you have mentioned it, it definitely smells of diesel - unfortunately so does one of the cats who was sleeping under there..

Check to see if it the fuel pump seal are not leaking
