Update

Last night I was flaked and thought I was going to collapse, I'm exhausted recently I've been doing 8 hour shifts and then getting home and feels like I've been doing another 8 hour shift, sorry for not replying I just collapsed in bed I was dead :fiddle:

I'm really struggling getting these panels in, Bottom and rear plastic vent seal are fine, I just struggle to see what use the top one is as it doesn't act as a seal and the one next to the passengers door that runs vertical against it, in my error I have ripped off and not sure If I was supposed to or not, it looked like it was riveted onto the body and flexed as obviously the window opened out from the middle.

I've ripped this off and not really sure how to attach it back on

I'm really stressing about this as at the moment I have a really poorly bonded in window board that looks like it could fall out with the next gust of wind :( :doh

I don't want my car to turn into a mobile fish tank when it rains and want these sealed up sharpish, in my anger and haste last night I have managed to damage a few clips etc however there is an "L" reg LWB Maverick still in the scrap yard by me so I'll be going up there as soon as I can to salvage some more clips and even see if any of the seals are the same and grab those too, I even still have the seals that James gave me but not sure they are any different or even any use

If I can and anyone would be able to help I'd like to play my help a member out card if possible :lol

If someone would be willing to help me with this I'd be eternally grateful, I'll drive to you as long as you aren't too far, makes no odds to me anyways as I'm on the WVO, there will be a cash reward for 2 sealed up windows :thumbs

Il take some close up pics of my commercial if any use?

Il be keeping a close eye on this as I want to go the other way, ie put glass in.

Thanks for the pics Smiler :thumb2

As I thought, my seals are different to yours!!!!!

I need to get in touch with James to see if he still has them or he has binned them :doh

You can form your own with Tigerseal mate. Just mask off your boarders and too it up. Then remove excess with a smooth clean spatular for example. Then clean and smooth with acetone. Not at all simples :lol but gently catchy monkey kinda job

No prob.

Which seal or seals are different, is it the top one or others too, just for my own knowledge later on down the line when I go to glass.

The top seal that runs horizontally is different and the side seal that runs down the side of the door is different, they seem to extend further out so the lip protrudes and overhangs the board, the normal 3 door seal is riveted into the body behind the plastic pillar where the seat belt is, it's a bit bizzare as it flexes side to side to allow for the window to open and close on the catch

Looks good

So what are the planes.for.inside?

Check post 48 onwards :thumb2

I've just rang Nissan 1st and they don't have any commercials in at the moment :(

Neither has James, I might have to PM cncfabs if he has any

id say use tiger seal as well, recently cut the side out of my transporter and put a window in with the stuff, works a treat
