dinky the bbq was fantastic and spitfire ford made a great place to have it.
I think it was after you all had gone, just leaving me and elton that the L R
lads came into view the two 90`s towing the Disco backwards along the river bed,apparently thay had decided to see how far they could drive the river it all came to an end when with the disco in the lead it dropped the front end into deep water . air box full of DUCK WEED . .see recovery photos.

It was the A620, roads called "Straight Mile" at that point, John, we'd just pulled out of "Green Mile Lane" HERE heading wet and we turned left HERE
into "Green Lane".
